Microsoft 365 Copilot runs $30 per user per month on an annual commitment. Businesses with up to 300 seats get the same features through Copilot Business at $21 per user per month annually, or month to month at a premium, which pairs well with a pilot. Matching the plan to your seat count is part of the check.
Can't our IT company just turn it on?
They can. Enabling Copilot is straightforward. The readiness check answers the questions enabling doesn't: whether permissions and content are in shape, and which seats will earn their cost.
What if the check says we're not ready?
Then you'll have a prioritized list of what to fix and a written quote for the work. In most cases the fixes are ordinary cleanup rather than a major project.
